Mentorship
Mentors are such an important part of the training process, deep down you know this. The role of a Mentor at The Pilates Hive is one of independent advisor, sounding board and potential colleague. Perhaps you own or run your own studio with a large team of teachers or maybe you're a solo act. But you know what it's like to be a trainee teacher trying to navigate this industry and you want to help make it easier and give some guidance. A Mentor should be willing to have trainees visit and arrange observation hours of their teaching.

Affiliate
Affiliates of The Pilates Hive love what we do and are keen for potential new trainers to experience our courses. Affiliates receive a unique 5% discount code to share and receive a reward equal to 5% of any course fees purchased using their code. Affiliates should be excited about trainees making the leap to become teachers.
